\nGeneral Provisions\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t1. These Terms and Conditions set forth the terms and conditions for booking and short-term rental of the apartments located at 10 Sokola Street in Gda\u0144sk (Stogi district), hereinafter referred to as the \u201cApartments.\u201d \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

2. The landlord is Patrycja Zaj\u0105c, 10 Sokola St., 80-684 Gda\u0144sk, email address: info@sokola10.pl, phone: +48 603 914 168, hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Landlord.\u201d<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

3. A “guest” is the person making the reservation and any other individuals they have registered to stay in the apartment.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

4.By making a reservation, the Guest and all persons staying with him or her in the Apartment acknowledge that they have read these Terms and Conditions, accept them, and agree to comply with them.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

5. Only adults with full legal capacity may be guests. Minors may stay in the apartment only under the supervision of an adult.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

6. The apartments are rented for recreational and lodging purposes. Use of the apartment for any other purpose\u2014in particular for photo shoots, video shoots, commercial meetings, or events\u2014requires the Landlord\u2019s prior written consent.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

\nReservation and Conclusion of the Contract\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. Reservations can be made using the form on the sokola10.pl website, by phone at +48 603 914 168, by email at info@sokola10.pl, or through the booking services with which the Landlord partners.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

2. The reservation becomes binding once a prepayment (deposit) equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay has been credited to our account within 24 hours \/ 2 days of receiving the preliminary reservation confirmation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

3. Failure to make payment by the deadline specified in paragraph 2 shall result in the cancellation of the reservation without the need to notify the Guest separately.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

4. Once the prepayment has been posted, the Landlord will send a booking confirmation that includes the dates of stay, the apartment number, the total price, and check-in instructions. This confirmation constitutes the conclusion of a rental agreement under the terms and conditions set forth in these terms and conditions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

5.Reservations made through third-party websites are subject to the payment and cancellation terms of the respective website to the extent that those terms differ from these terms and conditions. In all other respects, these terms and conditions apply.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

\nPayments\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. The prices listed on the website are gross prices per night’s stay in the apartment and include utilities, linens, towels, and final cleaning.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

2. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of arrival \/ up to 7 days before the start of the stay<\/strong> via bank transfer to the Landlord\u2019s bank account or by another agreed-upon method.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.\u00a0The price does not include: pet fees, additional cleaning fees, parking fees, or local taxes<\/strong> \u2014 if such fees apply, their amounts will be provided before the reservation is confirmed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

4. Upon the Guest\u2019s request, the Landlord will issue an invoice. The Guest must notify the Landlord of their desire to receive an invoice, along with the necessary billing information, no later than the day of check-in.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\nHotel Check-in and Check-out Times\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. The stay begins at 3:00 p.m.<\/strong> on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 a.m.<\/strong> on the day of departure.
2. At Sokola 10 Apartments, self-check-in is required. <\/strong> Guests will receive instructions on how to access the apartment prior to arrival, after paying the full amount for their stay.
3. Early check-in or late check-out is possible only upon prior agreement with the property owner and subject to apartment availability. The owner reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 200 PLN.
4. Remaining in the apartment after the end of the booking period without prior agreement may result in a charge for an additional night in accordance with the current price list.
5. If a guest plans to arrive after 10:00 p.m., they must notify the property owner well in advance.
6. On the day of departure, the guest must leave the apartment in the same condition as upon arrival, close the windows, turn off all electrical appliances, and secure the keys according to the instructions provided.
7. When leaving the apartment, the Guest is required to ensure that the front door is locked and that the keys are left as instructed.
8. In the event of losing the keys, the gate remote control, or other items used to access the property, the Guest is responsible for the costs of duplicating or replacing them, based on the actual costs incurred by the owner.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\nRules of Stay\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. A quiet hours policy is in effect in the Apartments from 10:00 p.m.<\/strong> to 6:00 a.m.<\/strong>. Guests are required to maintain a quiet environment during this time so as not to disturb other guests or residents of the building.
2. Smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, tobacco heaters, and other tobacco products is strictly prohibited in all Apartments and in the common areas of the facility.
3. In the event of a violation of the prohibition referred to in paragraph 2, the Landlord reserves the right to charge the Guest a fee of 1,000 PLN to cover the costs of specialized cleaning and refreshing of the Apartment, as well as lost profits resulting from the inability to rent it out the following day.
4. Organizing parties, bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, and other noisy gatherings is prohibited.
5. In the event of a violation of the prohibition referred to in paragraph 4, the Landlord reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement without refunding the cost of the stay and to charge the Guest for any resulting damage or disturbance of the peace.
6. The use of open flames, candles, grills, pyrotechnic devices, and heating devices not provided as part of the Apartment\u2019s furnishings is prohibited.
7. The Guest is required to use the Apartment\u2019s furnishings and equipment for their intended purpose and to immediately report any noticed defects or malfunctions to the Landlord.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

\nNumber of people and visits\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. Only the number of people specified in the reservation and indicated in the confirmation may stay in the Apartment.
2. The presence of more people in the Apartment than specified requires the Landlord\u2019s consent and may incur an additional fee of 120 PLN per person per night. <\/strong>
3. Unregistered guests may stay in the Apartment between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.<\/strong> provided the Landlord is notified in advance.
4. If the Landlord discovers that undeclared guests are staying in the Apartment, the Landlord is entitled to terminate the lease agreement immediately, without refunding the amount due for the unused portion of the stay.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

\u00a7 7<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. Pets are allowed only after prior arrangement with the property owner and upon obtaining the owner\u2019s consent.
2. An additional fee of 100 PLN per night is charged for the pet\u2019s stay. <\/strong>
3. The pet owner is fully responsible for any damage caused by the pet in the apartment and in the property\u2019s common areas.
4. Pets may not be left alone in the apartment without supervision.
5. Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other upholstered furniture. The owner is required to provide the pet with its own bed.
6. On the property, pets must be kept on a leash and remain under the owner\u2019s constant supervision.
7. The pet owner is required to clean up after their pet immediately and take it off the property to relieve itself.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

\nParking\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. Parking spaces for guests are available on the premises. The number of spaces is limited, so advance reservations are required.
2. The fee for a parking space is 50 PLN per night. <\/strong>
3. The parking lot is located within a fenced-in area and is monitored by security cameras; however, it is not a guarded parking lot. <\/strong>
4. The property owner is not liable for any damage to, loss of, or theft of the vehicle or any items left inside the vehicle.
5. Use of the parking space is at the guest\u2019s sole responsibility.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

\nSecurity Deposit and Guest Liability\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. The landlord may collect a refundable security deposit of 500 PLN<\/strong> to cover any potential damage. Information about the security deposit is provided before the reservation is confirmed.
2. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days<\/strong> of the end of the stay, after the condition of the Apartment has been inspected, minus the cost of any damage found.
3. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage caused by their own fault or by the fault of persons staying with them in the apartment, including damage to or destruction of furnishings and the loss of keys or access devices.
4. The Guest is required to immediately notify the Landlord of any damage that has occurred. If the amount of the damage exceeds the security deposit, the Guest is required to cover the difference.
5. The Landlord reserves the right to refuse to continue providing services and to terminate the agreement with immediate effect against any Guest who grossly violates the rules and regulations, disturbs the peace of other Guests, or damages property. In such a case, the payment for the unused portion of the stay is non-refundable.
6. The property owner has the right to charge the Guest for the costs of extra cleaning<\/strong> if the condition of the apartment at the end of the stay requires additional work beyond the standard preparation of the apartment for subsequent Guests.
7. It is prohibited to remove any items of equipment from the apartment, including towels, bedding, blankets, dishes, and other equipment belonging to the property.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

\nLandlord's Liability\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. The Landlord agrees to make the Apartment available in a condition suitable for its intended use, clean, and fully equipped as described on the website.
2. The Landlord shall not be liable for any inconveniences arising from causes beyond its control, in particular for interruptions in the supply of utilities, internet access, renovation work conducted outside the property, and events of force majeure.
3. In the event of circumstances preventing the fulfillment of a confirmed reservation\u2014in particular, a technical failure, an unforeseen event, or other causes beyond the property owner\u2019s control\u2014the guest will be offered an apartment of a comparable standard, if possible. If this is not possible, the property owner will refund all funds paid by the guest. The refund of the funds paid exhausts all claims the guest may have in this regard.
4. The Landlord is not liable for valuables left in the Apartment.
5. The property owner is not liable for vehicles left in the parking lot or for items inside those vehicles, regardless of whether the premises are under video surveillance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

Cancellation and Rescheduling\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. Cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing or via email sent to info@sokola10.pl. <\/strong>
2. In the event of a reservation cancellation, refunds will be issued according to the following rules:
a) cancellation more than 30 days<\/strong> before the start of the stay \u2013 a 100%<\/strong> refund of the amount paid,
b) cancellation between 30 and 15 days<\/strong> before the start of the stay \u2013 a 50%<\/strong> refund of the amount paid,
c) cancellation 14 days<\/strong> before the start of the stay or later \u2013 the payment is non-refundable.
3. Changing the reservation dates is possible only upon prior agreement with the property owner and subject to apartment availability.
4. If the stay is shortened for reasons attributable to the Guest, the fee for the unused portion of the stay is non-refundable.
5. Pursuant to Article 38(12) of the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights, the Guest is not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract for accommodation services if the contract specifies the date or period of service provision.
6. For reservations made through booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com or Airbnb), the cancellation and payment terms specified for the given reservation on the selected platform apply.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

\nItems Left Behind<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. Items left in the Apartment by a departing Guest are stored for a period of 10 days<\/strong>.
2. At the Guest\u2019s request, the items may be shipped at the Guest\u2019s expense to the address provided.
3. Food items and perishable goods are not stored.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

\nComplaints<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. Guests have the right to file a complaint regarding the quality of the services provided.
2. Complaints must be submitted during the stay\u2014which allows for the immediate resolution of any issues\u2014or in writing to info@sokola10.pl or ul. Sokola 10, 80-684 Gda\u0144sk within 14 days<\/strong> of the end of the stay.
3. The landlord will review the complaint within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving it and inform the guest of the outcome.
4. The consumer may use out-of-court methods to resolve complaints and pursue claims, including through the municipal or county consumer ombudsman and the Provincial Trade Inspection Authority.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\nPersonal Information<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. The data controller for Guests\u2019 personal data is the Lessor specified in \u00a7 1(2).
2. Personal data is processed for the purposes of fulfilling the lease agreement, tax settlements, and handling any claims, in accordance with the GDPR.
3. Detailed information on the rules governing data processing, the retention period, and the Guest\u2019s rights is provided in the Privacy Policy.
4. The property premises are under video surveillance. Recordings are stored for a period of 10 days<\/strong> and used solely to ensure the safety of persons and property. Surveillance does not cover the interiors of the Apartments.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\nFinal Provisions<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
2. The Lessor reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. For reservations confirmed prior to the effective date of any amendments, the Terms and Conditions in effect on the date of reservation confirmation shall apply.
3. These Terms and Conditions are available on the website sokola10.pl and in each apartment.
4. These Terms and Conditions take effect on 17.08.2026<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
